COL (Ret.) Kirk Whitson

Kirk brings more than 30 years of Army leadership and sustainment experience to Xiphos.

 

He currently supports U.S. Army Materiel Command's Organic Industrial Base Transformation efforts, helping translate transformation priorities into an integrated strategic communications and stakeholder engagement approach. His work has included strategic assessment, development of the OIB Strategic Communications and Engagement Strategy and CAMPLAN, stakeholder and senior-leader engagement planning, implementation planning, governance alignment, and development of measures to assess whether communications and engagements are producing meaningful outcomes.

Kirk's Army career included service as Deputy Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command and Deputy Chief of Staff of U.S. Army Materiel Command, providing him extensive experience in Army logistics, sustainment, supply chain management, organizational transformation, and senior-level strategic planning.
